Podchat.id only accesses social media data after the business account owner explicitly authorizes the integration through the platform's official OAuth or business APIs.

Operational use, not advertising

Data is used to display conversations, generate support replies, route messages, track SLA, and produce operational analytics — not for advertising or behavioral profiling.

We do not sell user data

Podchat.id does not sell personal data or social media user data to third parties under any circumstances.

User-initiated deletion

End users and customers can request deletion of their data through the Data Deletion Request page or by emailing [email protected].

Platform-dependent integrations

Podchat.id integrates with supported channels through official APIs where available. Channel availability and feature scope depend on each platform's API access, permissions, and policies.

SaaS subscription model

Podchat.id is a SaaS subscription product. Customers pay for seats, channels, and capacity according to a published plan or signed enterprise contract.

Monthly or annual billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans typically receive a discount versus monthly billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Invoiced & receipted

Customers receive invoices for every billing cycle. Indonesian VAT and other applicable taxes are added where required by law.

Public refund policy

Refund terms are publicly available on the Refund Policy page. Enterprise contracts may follow the signed agreement.
